Hitman Style Prototype
Test Footage and My Work
What you're seeing:
-
Level designing and set dressing using 3D assets
-
Using blueprints to script player and NPCs (patrolling enemies made with created behavior tree nodes, etc)
-
Scripting to create simple interactives (pickup items, doors, other miscellaneous objects)
-
Using terrain tool, as well as foliage tools, to populate greenery around the area
-
Lighting, mesh distance fields, and culling of actors in level to create better performance

The Threat
Watch out. The enemies that patrol the area are deadly, but also stupid. I'm sure you can find a way to distract them. Deadly force isn't necessary, but we won't blame you
Enemies will patrol the area looking for anyone "suspicious," and they do have "shoot on sight" orders. Be careful not to get spotted by them, or anyone else for that matter.

Stealth or Force
The goal of being an assassin is to be stealthy. Guns blazing is a little counter intuitive, but you do you.
You can be sneaky and complete your mission by just eliminating the target, or if your blood lust must be quenched you can do some damage. Murder may reflect negatively on your evaluation report so keep that in mind.

Use What You Can
You'll find useful items in every room. Don't be afraid to pick up a good book, or maybe a few billiard balls. Use them for distractions or maybe for more forceful action.
Each area has a multitude of items you can pick up. These items can be used for distractions to get patrols to investigate, or can be used to knock them out. However, throwing a teddy bear may not get the desired results.

Discover the Truth
This is your first contract since taking over for your father. Uncover the secrets of organized crime and complete your mission. Something tells me things won't be business as usual.
You are young and inexperienced, but your handler will guide you through uncovering the truth behind your contracts. Something tells me there is more than meets the eye.
